Maintaining and archiving NSPA Operations and Support Programme Office (OS) Operational Energy Support Branch related documentation
Reviewing contractors’ invoices and supporting documents for compliance with contractual, logistic and technical requirements prior to certification
Assisting in the development and production of reports, and provision of data
Assisting the Chief of Branch in ensuring compliance with the eCIS protocols and methods of working
Assisting with eCIS functionalities and implementation of updates and changes
Monitoring stocks of Fuel Cards and other consumables and re-ordering as required
Controlling and generating statistical data and assisting in the forward planning
Assisting in preparing and presenting briefings
Good knowledge of and experience in Fuel distribution and/or airfield services operations (ground handling services – GHS)

POST DETAILS

Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 364.39, tax free.
This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO. Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.
